We supported the staffing requirements of organizations working across transmission lines, substations, and foundation activities, gaining practical exposure to the technical, operational, and field realities of the sector.
Our love for transmission-line projects began in 2015, when we started by sourcing specialized talent for the projects of major organizations involved in Transmission Lines, Substations, and Foundation Works.
As our experience grew, so did our responsibility. We gradually developed the technical understanding, field coordination capabilities, and execution discipline required to move from talent support into the delivery of complete transmission-line projects.
With time, we strengthened our own project-management and execution capabilities. This journey allowed us to take greater responsibility across the project lifecycle-from planning and design coordination to field execution and completion.
